Refunds and Return Policies
Capilia grants a 30 day delay following delivery during which you can return or exchange any liquid product that is still in its original packaging, which has not been damaged and is suitable for resale.
The products must be accompanied by the invoice and the order number.
Shipping costs and risks will be assumed by the customer, however, if the products were received in a state that did not meet our expectations or if there was a shipping mistake from our end, Capilia will pay the transport fees for the return provided that the transportation company offers a guarantee against loss and damage.

For orders of more than $99 before tax, shipping fees are free.
